My bike has been stolen and I want to cancel my subscription immediately. Can we do this?
How annoying! And what a pity that you want to cancel your subscription. This is of course no problem, but keep in mind your cancellation period and contract duration. You always pay until the end of your subscription. You can choose to use a replacement bike in the last period, or you can immediately hand in your key. We can only stop your subscription completely when we have the key back and we have reported the bicycle as missing together.
