I had a Swapfiets in the past and would like to return to Swapfiets. How does this work?

How nice to have you back at Swapfiets! Follow the steps below and enjoy your worry-free ride at Swapfiets again in no time.


1. Go to Swapfiets.nl and choose the city and the type of bicycle you want.
You won’t automatically jump back to the kind of membership you had before. That’s why we ask you to select your city and choose your favorite bike type. 


2. Sign in
Choose the membership that suits you best. You can go for a flexible membership or a loyal membership. If you opt for the flexible membership, you pay one-off costs (even if you have already paid them with a previous membership).


3. Make an appointment
You can choose to pick up your bike in the store or have your bike delivered to your location of choice. 


4. Enjoy your worry-free ride 
Yay! Now you can enjoy your worry-free ride again. Repairs & maintenance are included in your membership. So if something doesn’t seem right with your bike, you can schedule an appointment through the app quickly. We’ll make sure you’re back in the saddle within 48 hours. 


Please note that in case you sign up for a Swapfiets in another country than you previously had your membership in, you might get an error message. Please reach out to our helpdesk if this happens. They are more than happy to help you out.
